Welcome to My Therapy Services. My Therapy is about YOUR THERAPY. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the Mental Health field. I received my Masters in Social work in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh. I am a wife and mother of three young adults. Children and Adolescents - Therapy can be scary and confusing. I understand it can be hard for children and adolescents to fully understand counseling and "what to expect". My main goal is to build safe relationships with my clients to empower them to explore new ways of thinking. Individuals with Autism - I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). I offer safe, effective strength-based interventions/strategies and approaches to individuals with Autism who are experiencing mental health issues regardless of age or developmental stage. Adults/Everyone/What To Expect - Counseling provides a confidential environment where you can share the issues you are struggling with and receive the support you need. I will gather the information that is relevant to the current experience you are facing and collaborate with you to identify therapeutic goals. We will work together to address the issues causing you difficulty and ease your distress. I value and welcome open communication within our therapeutic relationship to ensure you feel on track and are creating change.
